You just experienced Deja Vu....Supposedly its a flashback from another lifetime.....whether that is true or not, I cannot say...it's just a feeling that you have done it before.

Another hypothesis is that part of the brain involved with feelings of familiarity is active when deja vu occurs.

Deja vue....in french this term means "already seen ". Although studies can not fully determine what causes this, some studies show it can be linked to trauma associated with your past. For ex: if you had a horrible run in with someone in your past that was wearing a red hat and years later you spot a hat that looks like the hat from that run in you might start feeling similar things associated with that hat. I read up on this once myself.

I'm not sure, but I get that kind of deja vu too, even when I know I couldn't have said that certain thing before. It's kind of cool and kind of weird!

Yes, it's called Deja Vu. I used to get it a lot. Now I don't get it so often. No one really knows why it happens.

This is the part of the subconscious mind - when you are asleep, your brain goes to work, sometimes predicting the future (logically), what you or someone else might say or do.
