From your question, it seems you want to know about the monthly cycle (menstrual cycle) in girls. I get the feeling you are a bit too young at present and just heard this from somebody.

Do you mean menses? It is the onset of menstruation.
I would recommend that you get a tutor for extra help with English grammar, punctuation and spelling.
