they already took the words from my mouth. divorce papers. dont slap him its so cheezy. instead kick him where it hurts. thats what he used to cheat on you with isnt it? but if you love him try to work it out. dont get 2 rash.

You didn't mention how long you have been married or if there are children involved. Do you know this woman? Is she a friend? Could you support yourself and the kids if you divorced him? These questions are critical before even contemplating a divorce. If you love your husband and if he is a good father and provider, it would be beneficial to seek marriage counseling to find out why he CHOSE to sleep with someone else. In this day and age, divorce isn't always the best solution. If you decide to stay with him after receiving counseling, the tough part will be to never bring this matter up again. Ever!! However, if he does it again, make sure you have planned your departure so that you have money saved and your own credit established and don't even let him know that you are leaving. Start interviewing divorce attorneys, (yes, interview!!) keep your savings acct. in a different bank, make sure all documents are in a bank lock box or have your mom/dad keep them. Keep copies of all 401k, home mortgage, etc. also. Better to be safe than sorry.
I hope you both decide to try to save this union but, if not, good luck with the rest of your life.

Get to a marriage counselor. There is a reason for his infidelity and a good counselor will determine what it is. Most likely there is a problem in your marriage that contributes to his 'cheating'. You should both go together and at times seperately as the counselor will suggest. Don't discuss it with your friends, family etc. That only makes it worse. What would happen if you told them (they would most likely detest him) and then you worked things out and the marriage and your love continues, however your family/friends will not treat him the same.

A bobbit. Keep your dignity, revenge is sweet but stay calm for your sake. Pack his bags for him and leave them on the door step, get the locks changed, open a new bank account and put the money into that one. Sit back, calm down, scream, cry whatever you need then think about what you want to do. Confide in somebody though. Hope it all works out in the end.

depends on his response when u caught him, if he is feeling good about it and wants to carry on with the other woman than divorce would be in order, if he is sorry and wants to reconcile, and really means it and is not just doing it cause he has no where else to go, than u need to divorce him so u don't have to suffer and be cheated on again. easier to just divorce him really and get a new life with someone else who has a different type of character and different morals. we never can really tell if they will cheat on us again or if it's just a one time thing. your decision will have alot to do with how he responded when u found out, if he is not sorry than theres no place to go but to divorce court. good luck

well i didn't find my husband with another woman technically but I did find a video tape he taped and tried saying it was his old room but was the same color of our bedroom walls.Hmmm i forgave him because he truely was sorry and had grown up since it happend but if you are still pissed at him and are leaving him I'd give him one of those at home HIV kits and a dozen trojan rubbers and a plastic vagina and say "good luck nice knowing ya"
