If the middle letter is larger, it is 132, but if all letters are the same size, use 123.

I agree with #2 when the middle letter is the largest. But when all the letters are the same size I think its okay to have them in 123 order.

It can be in whatever order you'd like it. If using 132, I'd probably make the 3 larger.

It is always 132,The family name letter being the largest.Who decided this I don't know;but even when there is only one letter it is for the family name.Example aKm-the K is family name.Or when only one it would just be the K.
