I find that if I read while in bed it allows me to focus on something other than the days problems. Its a bit frustrating because I now drop off within a few pages. Can't get through a book!!!!!

Right before you go to bed take a hot bath for about 10-15 minutes (bubbles if you prefer :). The warm water will relax your muscles and help you fall asleep faster. I do it all the time and it works. Good luck! : )

have used them all, they have all worked for me
