I have a few inventions that I'm sitting on. A new type of cosmetic for young women and a type of health food are a few.

If the corporation is the owner and you would be an employee of the corporation then in most states you would not need a Broker's license- but I would check with your state real estate commission to be certain. If you owned them directly then you would never need a broker license. I own a small business and it is a corporation and no bank or other company will extend the company credit unless I take personal responsibility- so I don't how good of a shield the corporation is for me. Check with a lawyer and CPA before you go to the expense of setting this up. Also to protect yourself you will also need a great insurance agent to help protect from lawsuits losses and such.

i live in a small town where you have to drive a distance to get to anything. i would start either a movie theater or a video rental store. so people in town who dont drive would have a local place to go instead of trying to go 40 miles or sometimes longer to get what they want. lol i live in a one light town very very small. so i think that would make a great impact on our town,.I also help run 2 mini marts with my ex-hubby at one time and they did great. i learned how to keep books and how to order and how to manage employees.and schedules. so i had done it all and knew how to do it all was great, till we divorced.
