Usually it has to do with one of the kids; like when my daughter was 11 (she's an obnoxious 20 yr old now) said; "It's a bunny, Daddy!!!" or last year when my 3 year old opened his 1st gift of a dump truck , he didn't want to open any more presents after that. If I tried to give him another one he would either say "You can have that one" or he would ask "Dump truck in there?" and then say "No thank you."
I'm tired of trying to force Jesus on Christmas, by the way. One has nothing to do with the other. I think Christians really only have one Holiday (besides some of the Jewish ones) and that's Easter which is REALLY Passover only the Lamb is Jesus!

Definitely the Christmas dinner when everyone's gathered round the table having fun or arguing! I get sad when I hear about people being lonely on Christmas day. It's a lovely feeling when you have someone to share it with.

Relaxing after lunch watching the Queens speech, then going to my sisters house to meet up with the rest of family for a lively afternoon

Watching my young son open his presents surrounded by the many aunts, uncles and cousins he doesn't get to see often enough. Having family together and watching the day through the eyes of a small child - nothing beats it!

Being with friends and relatives. That is the best.
And the message until the BIG day:
A Merrily barking mad, wickedly happy Christmas to everyone who celebrates!
