my in-laws have this notion that i am lazy and do nothing all day, that i'm not a good mother and let my kids get away with everything, and that our marriage wouldn't last.
well, i am a stay-at-home mum, i spend most of the day WITH my 4 kids (as opposed to around them) and do most of the housework first thing in the morning, and at night after they've gone to bed, not only is it easier to do when they're not running about my feet, but who wants to do chores in the heat of the day (i live in australia btw).
i pull my kids straight back into line the second they cross the boundaries we have established for them. for instance, my 6yo son's class was to have a hungry jack's (aka burger king) party on the last day of school. i told him he would only be joining in if he behaved at home and school, did his little jobs, etc etc. the day before, he got into trouble at school, only for talking when he shouldn't have been, but he lied to us about it, something he knows is not on in our house. i had already paid for his share, but i marched him right back to the classroom and got the money back, and he took a packed lunch from home. when i set a disciplinary action, I STICK TO IT!
As for our marriage, well we've been married 5 years now, with no sign of ending any time soon, if at all. that's nicest "f you" you can give to the in-laws!!!
Other people think i'm a s l u t because i had my first child at 17, but that's not the case at all, if you really want to know, i was raped. i was very lucky to have such a supportive BF (who a year later became the aforementioned husband!)

Myself ,most people cant get past trying to get over on me due to my kindness and lack of getting angry enough to really know me there more like scavangers trying to use me up as quickly as possible.

If i didn't have to share a bedroom with my sister, then they would see how tidy i actually am!
my sister never tidies her side of the bedroom so it looks like the whole bedroom is a huge mess!!:(
