Maybe they are trying to get some info on it. The way they haven't actually asked a question on and can't spell her name right is probably because they need it.
And anyway, calling her 'cracked' is a bit harsh, as she touched the lives of millions. Calling someone after they have died, is in my opinion, disrespectful.
She wasn't called the 'Princess of Hearts' for nothing.
