try youtube.com sharkle.com.....I don't think you're gonna get the whole episodes though...

For this season, you can download them from limewire. Use The OC Season (whatever) Episode (whatever) to get them.
For the first three seasons, the major movie rental places have them.

youtube is where I get my OC fix. Most of the episodes are in pieces but it's not too bad

The O.C. is one of the few shows that isn't on the internet for free. You have to see it when it's on or record it. I record them all with DVR since Grey's Anatomy is on the same time as it.
