Raspberry leaf tea. This is considered to be a good uterine tonic; some women find that drinking it before their periods helps with cramps. Follow the directions on the box. I haven't tried this one but know some women that have.

it is not the best tasting tea so I usually bre it with a pleasanter berry tea as well

Hot green tea with honey is the best. It works for my wife anyways.

I would suggest, warm green tea. Also a a hot pack on your tummy will do wonders.

hi, for cramps try some peppermint tea it relax the muscles.

I heard green tea is good. I have never tried it though.
