I would not go about attempting to install a world government because it would not work. Who would want it anyway other than military tyrants like Hitler, Napoleon, or Stalin types?

You get every country to sign a charter agreeing to be part of a world governement..

Every country elects it's own representatives and always retains its own independance at all costs.. no more damn wars..

Borders are loosened so crossover regions like Cashmere and mexico can become peacful once and for all.. yes integration is allowed ot happen.. if you wanna stay white.. go to Sweden!!

Each country elects Governemnt candidates to represent them on the global stage, these nominees must only come from a pool of scientists and other intelligencia.. no rich kids getting free highly paid jobs with lots of free travel!!!

in fact.. corproations are to be run on strict environmental controls and will be globalised and all proftis equally apportioned.. the whole world can thne be propelry developed and conserved.. human traffice can be re-adjusted.. to take strain off hectic immigration in USA , UK and Europe from neighboring third world countries.. those third world countries will become the focus for future development as will be domestic order especially in USA and Europe.. where crime is getting out of control again..

THe upper class must be disolved!! and future upper class will be merit based.. only after making a significant contribution can an individual earn the right to live wealthily.. it is not to be a birthright..

Importantly.. things like mining monoploies, media monoploies and heathcare monopolies MUST be completely disolved as these have far too much power over every day lifes of the masses..

THe planet needs to spend the next 100 years focussing on regenerating what we destyroyed in the last 50 years..

We need to integrate a fair system where every human has thier basic needs, but where some nations dont overpopluate either..

we then need to all work together ot develop the world.. the planet.. to regennerate forests and waterways.. and build for a future which will never collapse into the heap it has now.. never in he history of the planet has humanity faced extinction as it does right now

A global government is the final death of all freedom. Kiss all your rights good-bye. The strategy to create it is to finance two different evils (US Gov. - Iraq) ( Israel-Hamas) and not only profit like hell from the wars but use these conflicts as an excuse to use global government as an ultimatum for peace ans safety with economic treaties and crap like the UN to eliminate sovereignty. It has to be implemented through attrition since not everybody is a brain dead neo-con or a dumb@ss liberal.

i believe a "global parliament" is a good idea. a directly democratically elected body would have more legitimacy than the UN. it would take a little while to "warm up" but could write global law and a world constitution.
