they probably just charge you more because they label it as "pubic hair stencils". if you really feel as though it is a neccessary thing to do, then just go to an art store, and buy a stencil, or look on the internet for the things. seems like a waste of money to me.

Pubic hair stencils? So You can Fake-Tattoo your Happy-Hole?

Anyways....you can see I don't want one myself. But here's some logic.....Tattoo parlors may have access to these stencils as they USE STENCILS...
Have you tried Google?
Are you looking into making your own design? Design it, put it on paper, trim it and try it with permanent marker (washes off with alcohol...may take 2-3 passes to get back to pink tones on your Hoo Hoo)
This must be a Yahoo Thing.....almost every guy shaves as does every girl....Stencils.....Just another Yahoo thing....
