Its disgraceful. Where's the ACLU on this one? Living in South Florida, it seems as if the Latinos already outnumber the Blacks and Whites. Texas and California seem worse yet. Things need to change and change fast. The new Congress coming in better do something about it and stop the special committees to study this and study that.......
