Set aside some time and stick to it (eg 8pm - 10pm). Then you can stop worrying & get on with it. You'll be giving yourself permission to do other things and unwind at other times instead of letting the worry fill your day & night. Make the timetable realistic & be sure to include time out for yourself to relax. Stress is a big factor at exam time.

Hi Simple,

This is always an awkward one at this time of year. Treat yourself to a day off on Xmas day, but for the rest of the holiday, try to balance your time between leisure and study. DONT over-do it, you will gain nothing by doing so. Decide which topics are your strongest and those you are not so sure of and readit up accordingly. You should have been told what to expect in the exam so concentrate on that being mindful of your strengths and weaknesses.

Good luck with your exams.

Abandon all thoughts of enjoying yourself or having fine wine and good food.
Knuckle down to hard unrelenting study.
We shall think more highly of you.
And most probably forget you in March as you celebrate!!

Do both as the same times. Take the laptop with you and study when you have a chance.

you should probably do as much as you can with the time you got left, since you want to travel with peace of mind, don't you?
