There must be some evidence that you Are a sex predator or the employer wouldn't know about it.

No employer can afford the liability involved with hiring who they have evidence might victimize his or her co workers. (lawsuit-- negligence, prior knowledge..)

If you did nothing, then its going to take a serious conversation with HR in which you explain the situation, including why the evidence exists as it does, and ask for the chance to prove that you are valuable to the company.

Then-- you must never seem to leer at an attractive coworker, never make jokes or sexually charged comments, never use the company computer to visit certain websites, never have a customer complaint of any kind,..

well you see this is not going to be easy.

There is nothing but time and experience that can change peoples minds. If you carry this crime against you, it will always be there. The only thing that you can do is to make yourself more marketable by additional education, being involved with church, or possibley the military. If you have one thing bad on your record, you have to have several good things to offset them. You will spend the rest of your life having to prove yourself, or reinvent yourself, to society. With time, you may meet someone, and be able to continue to go forward. Keep the past to yourself, unless directly asked about it, keep building yourself, & stay focused. It's not easy for anyone nowdays, especially those who have any police record against them. DONT' let anyone bring you down.Keep the faith & NEVER give up. Good luck!

Why would you have to? More info. needed here.

If you have never been convicted of such a crime, why would this issue even come up? If you have, your employer can do a check on this and find out.

I don't really think you can convince your employer that you aren't if he/she has checked and has come up with that info.

Stop walking around with your fly open, drooling at children, take the child porn off your desk, get baby sitting jobs that do not result in arrests.
