I would suggest to you, to send one last message that indicates your not certain why he won't reply. You would like to know what you have done to cause this and if there is anything you can do to resolve the issue.
If you hear nothing once again. Cut your loose he is either really mad at you or just to busy and I would guess mad

he is tired of you and has found other friends to talk to. leave him alone.
