Apparently I need this to fix my stove. Full name: Ludvaar Spanflex R414 Bunerod-erosion free naxocord.

That sounds like a foriegn made cord, in which case the prongs may not match US standard electrical outlets. I would take the entire electrical cord and (see if there is a manufacturers plate on the appliance which should have the electrical specifications) copy down the electrical specifications of the stove, and take it down to my nearest Graybar Electric parts counter and ask the counterman. If he can't help I'd hang around a minute and ask the next electrician that walks in. Graybar Electric is a nationwide wholesale electrical distributor and can be found in just about every town in America. Thats where the local electricians and contractors go to buy supplies, keep it in mind for free advice on electrical matters.

At the plumbers and heating suppliers, it's a fire proof cord, put in place to seal a joint in flue and topped with fire proof cement
