google "colon cleansing" might help, also medium amounts of red meat may be too much. Stay away from high carbs like beer as well.

you are able to run or jog wrapped in a plastic "bin" liner this could make you sweat from around your midriff extra beneficial than the different section and in case you paintings no longer ordinary adequate, you may desire to be waiting to wring out the sweat actually, take one great bag, cut back out a head sized hollow and 2 arm holes from the backside and factors, then wrap your self in a towel, tighten all around and canopy with a sweat shirt to maintain all of it on, then place the bag over this, and tuck it on your shorts or pants, finally placed on a working jacket to maintain the coolest deal coated and run, run, run. that's risky, so in case you start to over-warmth get that stuff off! even with the undeniable fact that in case you keep this up for a on an analogous time as you will see an almost on the spot exchange!

Go and see a doctor and see what happens to your stomach. After your description, I'm afraid maybe there is something wrong somewhere. Be on the safe side, better go and consult a doctor.
