Is there such a thing as Patinum Personality? Platinum People? Platinum Award?

Platinum generally means "the best" or "something of very high value."

If an album goes "platinum" (in the US) it has sold one million or more copies.

However, it also can refer to something bright/shiny white or silver--Marilyn Monroe was said to have platinum blonde hair (so blonde it was almost white).

I don't think you generally hear of a person or personality being described as platinum, but I guess you could!

Historically, platinum has been more valuable than gold and is expected to stay there. Adding this precious metal to your investment portfolio is indeed a great choice.
