I think the questioner's definition of helping the terrorists is meant to say that NY Times is an extreme left wing newspaper, bent on tarnishing President Bush and discrediting the war on terror. What many people don't understand is that we are in a fight to preserve western civilization as we know it. These radical Islamists that we know as terrorists, are bent on imposing Sharia law on the entire population of the world. The Koran itself, if people would bother to read it, instructs Muslims to "Lay in ambush and slay the infidel wherever you find him". The majority of Muslims are simply just wanting to live their lives, work their jobs, raise their families, just like us. However, they, as the German population was in WW2 were powerless to stop Hitler. They too are at risk of being beheaded, tortured, etc if they speak out against radical Islamic terorrists.

Which terrorist? And how are they helping him? If the NY Times did this, the govt. would do much worse than freezing assets.

NYT is becoming a proMuslim newspaper. Letters to the editor praising Islamic viewpoints are in the opinion section and comments with opposing viewpoints are eliminted by NYT staff.
