my sperms are quite enough, but remain live only for four to six hrs.i want to have baby boy from my new wife.can i ? and how can i keep my sperm strong to be alive for 72 hrs.is there any good medicine for that and from where it is available.?

Sperm, once they have been exposed outside of the body, only live for a couple of mins. If you are referring to your sperm count, the best things you could do to make sure the count stays high, keep your testicles at room temp, and try wearing boxers instead of regular briefs.

drink plenty of water eat the right food and when the time is right god will bless you with a child.............make sure your not doing drugs or alcohol, these will make the count go down
