They can very sensitive.
In some self-defense courses, they teach to hit a male in that area - the reason - it sends a star burst of pain thru the entire body. You feel like every nerve in the body jumps up and yells for attention at the same time.
I have had problems in that area. In my case, it was an enlarge prostrate causing the problem. Having sex was out of the question. Being able to move, get up, and go to the bathroom and pee was a major accomplishment.

2. Prostate infection
3. Prostate cancer
4. STD infection
5. Injury or testicular torsion
Get him to a hospital emergency area asap.

He needs 2 see a Dr a.s.a.p. Take him there if u have 2. It could be very serious. I know that guys don't like talking about that sort of things.

Jam a red hot fire poker up your box and don't whine about how much it hurts. Your bf might have a hernia or a torn muscle or even testicular cancer. Don't be so f*cking insensitve.

listen, i have pain in my testicles as well for the past one year, it took four month for me to go see a doctor, cause its not easy to go and take your pants off in front of anther man doctor to you it may be easy but its not. i did go and iam going for treat men right now. be nice and be there for him. don't think about what you need before his. and i mean sex. you can email me if you want to know more. if not. good luck for him
