YES THEY CAN..there was a little girl, 5th grader, at another elementary that got PG a few years back. my son is in 7th and is 12 years old...there is a girl his age that is PG at his school this year!!!!
girls start their period starting in 4th grade....they CAN get PG!!!!!!!!!! some girls get PG BEFORE They start their period. my mom was a teracher and this happened...the girl was having sex because she had not had a period and thought that it was safe until she did....well....she got PG!!! a mature 12 year old boy COULD reproduce!!!!!! if you are an adult....talk to the kids...if you are the kid...talk to your mom or teacher or to SOME ONE ASAP!!!!! i have a 9 and 11year old girls...and the 12 year old boy...if they were in this situation...i would want and need to know right away!!!!!!

Actually, assuming the girl has started her periods (some girls can start early), then it is entirely possible, but still highly debatable. Even if the boy did not ejaculate, pre-ejaculate still leaves his body. Pre-ejaculate has sperm in it as well, and can get a female pregnant.
However, since the participants were young, they probably had no idea what they were doing and probably did not do it correctly.
But I seriously doubt if she will get pregnant.
Although...Why were 10 and 12 year old children having sex in the first place?

This could be likely.You may not even know if you ejaculated a little bit enough to do the job.A 12 yr old should wear a condom

She might, sperm can be created before ejaculation if the girl is ovulating she could get pregnant. Perhaps both these young people need counselling.

Please tell me there isn't a 10 year old girl who is having sex! Of course she could get pregnant. Plus she is still a kid herself.
why, oh why, isn't every parent out there taking stock of their kids' activities. If you are the 12 year old boy writing this, please find another way!!!!!
