Install the tv tuner card driver cd and then plug the cable... Now u will be able to watch al the channels provided by the cable tv operator....
U can change ur channels as ur wish as of doing with ur TV, I thnk u will be provided with the remort too.

It would most likely be a "tv tuner" card. These things are usually multi-functional i.e. watch tv, listen to FM radio, video capture & tv-out functionality
If you have this card and its functioning well then all you need is the "software" if you dont have it already (check inside your programs) then all you'd need is to plug in an antenae
If you DONT have the software then you may need technical help and advice because you may have to physically "look" at the card to get the make and model so you know which software to look for.
