I'm fourteen & a girl & I have a fourteen year old cousin that's a boy & we always sleep in the same room together with no one around. Do people fine that weird? Like obviously we don't do anything (ew). We just talk & can relate to eachother really well. What do you think?

I find it strange a bit because you two are so old and find that much to keep you that close and close enough to have you sleep in the same room. It may not be sexual towards you it sounds as though he may be homosexual and finds comfort in the closeness you two have. Do you think he's gay and hasn't come out? Usually a fourteen year old boy has other things to do than find his fourteen year old girl cousin that interesting unless he is going through puberty and likes her or is going through puberty and likes to talk about boys with her. It doesn't have to be anything wrong with it but it does sound strange to me...ask him.

as long as you both keep your hands to yourselves, I see no problem. When I was young, I slept with cousins in the same room. But thats because there was a limit on space. But you should be careful if feelings become more intense. But if you both can talk about things that you normally can't with other people, this is good. Because then everything is off your chest and you'll feel better. Everyone needs someone to talk to. No matter who it is.

Spending Christmas with relatives is really fun. Its not weird at all. Sleeping in a room with your cousin is somewhat odd but can be remedied. Ask someone else to accompany you. If none, find another place in the house like the living room and just tell them you want to catch Santa when he comes. If you stay longer it would be better if you tell them that you are not comfortable to sleep in your cousin's room. They would surely understand you. Merry Christmas!

Foe me nothing is strange as long as you know your limits and dont forget that you are related to each other but if theres other room to occupy just go on that room so that nobody will under estamate you and your relative.
