So long as she has a passport and a visa and all that. I guess the real question is can a Vietnamese person easily obtain a visa to leave Vietnam and enter the US? Check the Vietnam website or whatever but I dont think it is a problem.
I dont see why you would have to be notified.

Why are you asking? Do you not want your wife to come see you? Are you cheating on her? If so then I hope she comes and kicks your butt and takes you for all you have. It's men like you that give good men a bad name! (if you are not cheating then I'm sorry but I still think this ? is odd, It makes you sound like a bad husband)
