if its dried, you are pretty much out of luck. I have had success getting paint out of clothes if I start cleaning right after getting the paint on them i use a cleaner called Krud Kutter. it is great at removing paint, and then i scrub with a stiff brush to work all the paint out of the fabric, then i was in the laundy. the longer the paint sits on the clothes, the harder it will be to get out.
Good luck
