With the stearing wheel on the right hand side of the car and indicator to the left of the wheel, where is the indicator on a left hand drive car? to the left or to the right of the wheel??

The international standard is the indicator on the left of the wheel. The only real difference between left and right hand drives is the position of the shift lever, when on the console it stays on the console regardless of where the wheel is.

This depends on the make, model, year and perhaps even the country, There is no single answer for all cars. Get in the car and look for yourself.
