No two people, twins or not, can over a sufficiently long series of Rck-Paper-Scissors games have a consistent winner, due to mathematical probability. On the other hand, in any one single P-S-R game, one person must win. Therefore, the question becomes, over how many games would your twins have to play?
If they played 5000 games, they would almost certainly be about tied in score. If they played 1 game, one of them would win.
But the same is true of any pair of people, not just twins.

personal experiences. I win 3/5 of the games i play with my twin. We know how we think and try to out think eachother therefore we try to out think the out thinking and just get to into it. But i had more nutrition in the womb and more experience alive thus making me the supieor twin...
