Hi, I answered this question already and some lame a**hole reported me to Yahoo and got my amazing reply deleted. Please understand people that I am superior to ALL of you and therefore I cannot be censored. Go ahead, report me again and still my answer will re-appear. Okay, now that you've been chastened, here's what I wrote before:

Abort the baby. You are clearly too illiterate to be bringing more people into this world.

It doesnt matter how you sleep, especially when your only 2 months, you will know when your not sleeping right, cause you will be uncomfortable, Im 21 weeks and i can still just sleep on my belly... I usually lye in bed at night before i fall asleep, i lye on my belly and play UNO on my mobile phone for about half an hour, then i just find a spot to get comfy and fall asleep, I will quite often wake up to wee at about 2am on my side. So if your not comfy, your body should tell you to move.

Eat whatever you feel like.. Salted foods can help ease the vomitting a little, Its best to steer clear of soft drinks and greasy foods, as this can be HORRIBLE to bring up.. especially coke and hot greasy chips.. trust me, i had them a few weeks ago.. not good coming out.

Um, depending on where in the world you are, if your in AUS like me, its summer, and ice blocks are good to eat, you probably wont bring them up.. Especially the plain lemonade ones.
Remember to take your vitamins if your not eating alot.

I cant suggest any recipes.. but try to stick to bland foods, breads, rices, and pastas, try a vege stirfry maybe.. Its yummy.. and plain.

Hope I helped

Try eating saltine crackers to ease your stomach, especially early in the morning. When your pregnancy is in the third trimester, avoid greasy food, and eating close to bedtime. You'll get heartburn. Just try to eat healthy, plenty of veggies, fruit, and dairy. Get plenty of rest. Sleeping on your side is most comfortable..if your back hurts, try a body pillow, or putting a pillow between your legs.

Sleep however you want, just get lots of it. Eat a bablanced diet. Ginger helps with the puking. Try preggy pops (they are suckers) you can get them at Maternity stores. Most of all, learn how to spell pregnant.

My doctor suggested ginger drops to suck on, and gatorade to drink. The gatorade does help with getting liquids, and any kind of low sugar fruit juice helps to. Try to stay away from salt fat sugar, and citric acids. Also lots and lots of tums as they help your tummy not just heartburn.
