Wait, maybe I worded that wrongly...
What do Austrailian Xmas cards look like?

I'd just like to say, to all the people who have/who are about to answer "the same as everywhere else": You're a moron. It doesn't snow in December in Aus. Which is why I was asking.
Duh! yourself, btw!

okay obviously not too many Aussie on here tonight! Our cards are usually Christmas trees, Santa, Angels, Mary&Jesus or Snowmen on the front with Merry Christmas inside! Mabey the same as yours but as ive never seen one I dont know. We seem to follow the winter theme a little and still get into the reindeer and snow decorations. I did see ane card years ago that had santa being pulled through the sky with kangaroos. I find its actually more the tourist that get into our image than us! Every house/shop front you see decorated has some kind of snow theme and our santa still wheres snow boots and a heavey red suit!!

The correct answer is three styles, 1] the usual snow & stuff as imposed on us by overseas card manufacturers; 2] those with religious themes [it is a christian event after all] and 3] more approprite ones depicting Australian Fauna & Flora & typical scenes of our great homeland and our enjoyment of it.

No need for us to follow the UK or the USA as we once did.

I must say one of the best US cards I received for the season was able to be exchanged between both Christians and Jewish people! now if we could find a way to match that with other religions who knows?

Are you alright? In fact we have snow forcast for the high country on Christmas day because it is going to be bl@@dy cold and it won't be the first time. Who's the moron now? Moron. I don't mean that I was just being childish. Happy Christmas holiday. Lol.

Hi. They are very interesting and look like no other cards I have ever seen. The one my brother sent this year has a wombat and some swampy looking creature hanging out together in a very odd looking tree. It was "blank for your own message" inside before he wrote stuff in it.

i think of that that's an occasion of secularisation disguised as political correctness. you're suited once you factor out that maximum folk of non-Christian faith communties do no longer ***** approximately Christmas, and its linked customs, some even take part in some way. i think of that that's secular motives that reason this way of part of happen. that's atheists, who're driving this way of action, no longer different religious people. the place will it end? no longer likely for a protracted time?

the might have pictures of koala bears with santa hats on, or pictures of bbq's or an unopened 6 pack. that would give the aussies a warm feeling.

I don't know. I would assume they have pics of the beach, ocean, mountains etc and not snow.
