Thanks for a great question...... it is indeed true that people seem to say only the good aspects of life.

Yes, the pains are there and the struggles are there too.... but they do serve an important purpose... the striving and driving for improving life comes because of the pains. Moreover, but for these pains, the pleasures would not really be s....o enjoyable.

In the ultimate analysis, people generally find it worthwhile notwithstanding all the pains and struggles..... isn't that the reason they normally love their life s....o much? Otherwise we would have had some striking stats on suicides!!

If it weren't for the pain, how would you know what you're made of?

Heroes are made by living in success. They are made by overcoming obsticles. The pain is part of living. It makes you feel alive.

My dad used to say, "In one's life a little rain must fall." That used to piss me off, but as I got older, I realized that he's right and it's NEVER as bad as it seems. It may rain for a long time, but the sun comes out.

"This too shall pass". That's my moto. It always does. When you're in pain, you never realize how many people care about you. What a great feeling!

I don't like pain, but I appreciate the relief.

Sometimes I think life sucks and sometimes I think it's cool..
It's natural that people doesn't what to talk about pain because they just don't want to be reminded about it.

Pain and sufferings makes life fair because if it's all happiness and enjoyment there will be no room for comfort and care because everybody's certain that there will be nothing wrong.

The Law of Attraction.

Until I understood this 'law' I focussed on my pain, mentioned it and let it live me. My conditions progressed over time until I was completely disabled.

With much work within and connecting with spiritual guidance from our cosmos I was able to chuck the tablets and pain killers. I was able to put my wheelie chair in the 'shed'. I learn't that by 'mentioning all the pain' made the pain real for me and my physical body would oblige.

After seeing the movie 'The Secret' based on The Law of Attraction (google it) I came to realise the 'lies' that my subconscious allowed to believe and gave birth to my conditions severely.

Today I walk, slight limp, still working on complete healing, however, I can do all things again as I became totally dependent for last 6 years on help from those that love me.

Focussing on pain, breeds more, attracts more, and does not allow us to heal. We must believe we are 'already healed' and realise that 'enduring pain' is a 'GIFT' that by showing others
'by example' inspires others who are totally 'healthy' to stop complaining and 'get on with it' or 'feel the fear and do it anyway'.

Many people come to me and thank me for giving them their 'light' back. I say pat yourself on your own back as you were the one who did the work, not me.

Life is not over rated by everyone...many people I am meeting are wishing to change the way they live.....they are not happy and realise they are the ones who make their own choices....

Those that are happy are to be admired. True happiness comes from within, not what we accumulate outside of ourselves, for that merely reflects the inner you anyway. So much stuff 'outside' heaps of 'stuff inside'..

So why focus on that which we do not want more for ourselves? Pain? There is enough pain in the world we do not need to manifest 'more' by mentioning it.

Blessings be yours in peace, light, happiness & laughter!

If you talk about the pain you're a whiner--those people not mentioning anything are in just as much pain as you.
Example: I never tell my mom if something is bothering me, she just makes fun of it--so I keep my mouth shut.

No. life isn't overated. You always remember the phrase, "life isn't fair" and "life has its ups and downs" Yeah, life can be overated by sucessful people who have fun all day, but I'd say that life is always good. You always learn, lalala
