Well, the 'best' PC game is all a matter of opinion. It also depends on which genre you're into. For FPS I'd suggest CS:S or Unreal 04. For MMOs WoW for sure and while it isn't an MMO per se Guild Wars. The title is a bit vague for an informative answer.

The best pc game is the godfather try it it has superb graphic and cool game play. If you like simulation or stratergy game the best one is the Movies, where you can create your own movies you are in seat of a director a actor try this one its cool.

the best pc game i have ever played is grand theft auto san-andreas,midnight club and harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban.
these can be played at any time and are very interesting.
i hope you will also get a chance to play them.

For each a game is made for their live. One has his own favorite.
Till now the game i liked the most is HITMAN. It is a award winning game & it costs nearly 32$
