Just saw the numbers, on A.I.'s denver debut, 22 points 9/15 shooting, also 10 assists in 39 minutes off the bench also I did not watch the game but sports writers are saying he could have had 15-20 assists but many passes were dropped or easy shots missed by the inexperienced players denver is playing due to the suspensions, what do you think, a new beggining for A.I? When he played with good players in the past, for example the all star games, he has piled up assists, maybe he got an unfair judgement in philly, not to mention A.I was supposedly sick and suffering from jet lag, and was in the arena for an hour, not playing organized basketball in a month, so Im thinking a fresh start for A.I. and I reverse my judgement, I think things will work out after all. Opinions?

he did alrite. i even mailed to the yahoo critics that been critizing them for critizing AI. In pHilly if u watch the game, you can notice the players besides AI barely had good handles. Korver obsolutely cant create his own shots and Webber barely can run along with the team. Iguadala is like the only one that's helping. Nevertheless, Sixers's bench is weak. Now look at Denver, yesterday it was all reserves playing alongside Iverson and they only lost by a little. Just imagine the starters come back. Melo, Camby, JR Smith, and Kenyon Martin. That team would really kill. I really think that Iverson would share the ball from now on that he got good teamates. Look at the Olympic, he didnt score that high but he got good assists. Like me, when i am on bad team i always just hog the ball hoping i can turn the table around cuz i know i am the best player in the game. But if i am on a good team, i will just create chances and pass it to open guy for shots. Iverson is going to change into Steve Nash. Pass first and then step up and score if his teamates are struggling

A.I. will be all right. If anything he'll do what he has to do to win and silence his critics. The problem with Philly was that no one really helped A.I. Korver is only a shooter, Igoudala only dunks, Webber is inconsistent. In Denver he'll be with a legit star in Melo, so he won't have to chuck up as many shots. Also JR Smith is like a combo of Korver and Igoudala.

On one hand, I am elated that he is out of Philly. On the other, all the factors that you listed are legitimate. His shooting percentage was normal, he has to become acclimated to the altitude, and it is a new team. I have nothing against the Nuggets, but I don't know what they see in him. His shortcomings outweigh any positive ones.

Nuggets lost because no one played well or even close to well except Iverson. Boykins 8 for 23.

maybe he did ok because he was their only true scorer. but when melo comes back, they will try but may not share the ball.
