ok so im on a varsity soccer team for my school as a sophmore, and this freshman keeps playing over me as goalie. my coach told me that she is playing over me cuz i dont try hard enough at practice..i try so hard. and i dont know what to do to show that i wanna play,or that im trying my hardest. do i need to break a bone or something to show how hard im trying!! i mean come on, im trying so hard at practice!! wat do i need to do!!?????

it is not whether you try so hard in practice or not, it is how you practice that counts. for example if your jump is weak then you have to practice on that, if your reflexes is slow then you have to improve on that. The work of a good coach is to identify the weaknesses of his player and work on it to improve the performance of his athlete. If your coach doesn't do that then you have to replace him. I have been a soccer coach and i have win trophies even if i don't have star player in my team. and last but not the least try to improve your resistance and stamina if they run 10 miles then do an extra one or two. in so doing you'll not only improve your stamina and resistance but also, develop your self discipline and attitude which is essential in becoming a winning athlete.

keep ur head down and try even harder!if he puts u in goals maybe hes just tested u to see how ul react!so say nothing and just try ur best!
