I have a Crassula plant for many years now and this year she`s full of parasites, like a white foam (aphids) and these parasites are located at the base of the leaves, making them fall off. My plant is very frail and I can't get rid of these parasites. I tried to manually clean them up, I washed the plant in water mixed with tobacco but nothing kills those parasites. Any suggestions? I don`t want to lose this plant.

what you were doing was the right thing , because aphids don't necessarily respond to insecticides . but you could try pyrethrum ( which you can buy ready to use ) .
look the formula i used to use was water and soap --- and it worked well ( this of course was the manual approach )
you'll have to persevere but try cutting away the diseased area it might help in time , even though your plant may look rather depleted . i can't suggest much else , good luck ana merry Xmas

If the parasites are small you probable have aphids, mealy vbugs or whiteflies. Thye simplist scientific care is to apply a powerful spray of water to bathe those bugs off. Repeat as needed.

Nurseries sell a product called Dysiston. Sprinkle it on the dirt, mix into the surface soil, water. It is systemic, goes into the root and throughout the plant. Bugs bite and die. good luck

I spray my plants with soapy water, it gets rid of most pests, the bad thing about aphids is they usually kill a plant
