I am girl of 15 yrs. I want to gain as much knowledge I can. There is a boy in my class who is very intelligent. I just made him a little friend and some stupid girls in my class thought that we are in love with each other. What should I do?
Should I answer those stupids back or should I ignore them???

first talk to your friend. is he comfertable with what is going on? it is intelligent and mature to ignore those idiots who cant undestand the meaning of friendship. actullay those girlsare jelous of you. because yuo had the guts and confidnce to go up to the boy and talk to him. they dont have any guy frinds and so they dont like it. just ignore the girls. but make it very clear to the boy what your intentions are. and that he too should make his mind clear of ay doubt he has.
dont worry such things happen with every one in this age.

It's amazing how much very young and clever girls you "meet" here on Yahoo and all of you are having the same problem, you are suffering from your cleverness...
Let's say that with five more years, I could be your grannies and I feel deeply for all of you girls, because even if I was not so clever as you, I was a book worm and just about everything interests me too...
And that can make us feeling very lonely...
In your case and that of your friend, the boy, the others are totally unable to understand that something else could drive you to each other than romance.
You see, Poorni, most of teenagers are only interest in that... romance...
So, don't even try to explain, as the case looks for me that way: could you ask an apple tree to give strawberries?

My own granny would have say: to make the world, it needs all kind of beings...

at 15 it's nearly impossible to not care what others think as it runs the danger of making you an outcast. The worst thing that can happen at that age. I had a few friends that were girls at that age and they make the best friends. I always found it much easier to talk to girls than boys. You may find that as well. You won't take this advise but try to blow off the rumors. You may find that he is a awesome person to be with and you never know, someday you may end up loving him and they will all have been right.

Clear the air saying that there's nothing like that there. Be friends and see how things unfold for the 2 of u. There shud not be any problem in making boyz as friends because because are very good, i mean they always say what they believe and do what they say. Means as clear as Saint Gobain Glass.

i'm hoping she isnt this way of individual who could wreck a friendship over a guy, quite you shouldnt tension over this when you consider which you dont actually have a relationship with this guy in any case. Guts will come and pass, yet a friendship is concrete and consistently! reliable success!
