i think i am already smart enough but if it can make me smarter so that i can assist more people and solve more problems that exist in this world like equal distribution of food to solve world hunger and also to find a solution to the terrorist, and war problem that exist right now then in a jiffy i will put a chip not one but maybe more.

no. i would rather learn things the natural way, by reading or listening. i don't want anyone messing with my brain. it could cause the opposite effect and make me act like a dummy, since
no one really knows how the brain operates. people only speculates on how it works.

If it had no negative side effects--well, sure. But I can think of other "chips" I'd rather have (one to make me happier, or more at peace, or funnier, or more energetic, etc.). If anyone has one of these, let me know!
