I've had my period for 15 days now, at first it was light now it is heavy and painful..?
I'm on the birth control pill diane-35 and have been for 6months now with no problems, recently i skipped the placebo pills and continued the active pills as i wanted to skip a period.. this worked for a week but when it came it was very painful and now has been going for 15 days straight, its hard to get into the doctors being so close to christmas but i'm worried something is seriously wrong.. can anyone out there please advise me on what they think might be going on and if i should stop taking the pill right away? I don't feel that sick, just waves of pain that double me over and i am very tired, also i have had a very upset digestive system for the same amount of time.. thanks in advance :) (owwwwww...!)

Ok well first of all, you skipped a pill that you were supposed to take, cuz you just felt like skipping a period?! You should know that you can't do that if you are on this medication. Just cuz you wanted to go without a period for once doesn't mean you can. Now your body is making up for it. You do however need to get to the ER for other possible reasons, to me it sounds like Toxic Shock Syndrome cuz I'm sure you wear tampons like most women, and wearing them for that long can cause serious issues. Get to the ER like all the others except for the dumbass that said to stop whining. And mention to them the possibility of TSS. Your symptoms are sounding like TSS to me.

You're in danger. Get to a doctor! Go to the ER tonight.

I would go see a doctor now. It sounds like it is serious and you could be in danger.
