first of all think about what is bothering u r mind. if u have lot of work in office prioritize the files and slowly clear the pending files. off and on spend time with family and friends. share ur worry with ur nearest and dearest so that u will be relieved from u r tension. plan properly so that last minute tension willnot be there. if u have time read good books, hear good music. start u r day with devotional music. never get an idea that u r feeling tension. proper planning and time manage ment reduces tension. take vitaminized food. give importance to quality but not to quantity. divide u r time between personal work and professional work. take diet at regular times. don't go for junk food. drink plenty of water. exercise moderatly every day. u will be all right. mind is big repository. how to tune depends on u only. think positively. every thing will be all reght and u will concentrate on u r work easily and u dont feel work is burden. all the best.

hello what happen any thing rong with you in your life or in job , what happen u tell detail other wise nobody can give perfect answer to you , if u have any family problem then u check whats problem & where u mistake in that matter or by any other person u try to dip think about that and then take decesion or discusses with ur and close they give good advice for that ok wish u best of luck

leave the job, or simply do hard work and stay in the job, what kind of job you are doing which give you tension. if there is high tension, then you have to look after stress out job.

why so like that? did u do any wrong thing. ? are u scared to do job? be cool. get up early morning 3a.m or 4.a.m do pranayam for half an hr. and pray lord ganesh. & lord hanuman. read hanuman chalisa for 11 times for 40 days . ur fearness will vanish.

dear,kalvin i am also a tension in my job but,today i have not tension in my job in my freinds circle and the my pay also high that mean every problem can solve through by money.

i'm with you. i'm 5 weeks pregnant and already exhausted at paintings. I shop taking little 30 minute snoozes. the 2nd trimester is meant to be lots greater useful. i wish so, too!
