It is very hard to observe yourself in everyday life. Yes it gets easier if your schedule isn't hecktic everyday constant running around but most people, including myself dont give themselves a good lookdown. I believe that we should "practice what we preach" but when we preach, we are easily observing our colleges, family, or friends and telling them what we think will help them.
So to sum it up, no I do not always follow my own advice, but I believe I should try harder to.

Not as often as I should. I think that I should take a step back and get an overview before leaping. Take a look at the whole picture before committing.

I'm like the queen of advice when it comes to giving it to others but when IT comes down to me I need my mom or a good friend to reassure me.
