any outdoor shop should sell them. if you go on the nik wax website they're usually giving something away if you answer a few questions and they have a list of stockists so you can find a shop near you.

make it your self, the recipe, for a normal 3/4 barbour jacket. well first its best to get it dry cleaned if it is dirty, if its not dirty wash it in a washing machine with a biological soap powder. then you need a pint of paint thinners, 4 ounces of candle wax, we just use cheap candles and grate them on a small hole cheese grater and 4 ounces of petroleum jelly, pure stuff, not vaseline as it has colours and stuff in it and its expensive. right now stick all this in a bowl and warm it just a little, to help melt the wax and keep it melted, now get a pump type spray like the garden ones only 99p in cheap shops, and spray the jacket, we do it twice, and let all the solvent dry off, takes about an hour, then you must put it in a tumble drier for about 10 or 15 mins on medium heat, and that is how you do it, very waterproof and smells just like the real thing.

I've found the best place is where horse riding equipment/tack is sold - certainly for genuine Barbour rewaxing products. It's true, as some people have already suggested, that outdoor equipment stores also stock waxproofing products.
