Why don't you name him Coen William James Arthur John Bryan Eric Allan Stan Larry Robert?
And then everybody asks why Americans are so stupid...Jesus,they can't even remember their own names! What about the parents?Oh...don't even ask!

If you're hoping to have children in the future, save some of the tribute names for then.
Save "Allan" for another child... you don't want to have the two names share an ending syllable.
At least arrange it so that not all of the names have the first syllable emphasized. COen ARthur ALLen ROBert is a bit sing-songy.

I have five boys and all of them have long names. Try the first two names hyphinated and put the last two for middle names. But one thing is for sure, settle on the one name you will call him by, and hopefully you wont have the problem I am having with my thirteen year old. he has changed his mind at school three times in the last five years on what he wanted to go by, and its sometimes is confusing when I need to talk to a teacher or leave a message for him in the office, because I cant remember what name he is using. Good luck, boys are fun

It is a very thoughtful and handsome name. You can use all of them. But if he gets in trouble when he's older, try to save some breath and just yell " Coen Arthur!" Congratulations and Merry Christmas!

I wanted to do this to my son too. But I had a lot of good arguements not too. One was, can you imagine how mad he's going to be when he has to sign paperwork for a house and has to sign his full name 40 times? It is a lot for a little boy to carry. I understand the need to not leave anyone out of the name. I wanted my son to be Tyler Joseph Sherman Marlow(not his last name). I know, how many times is he really going to use his full name? But, when he does - whew! That's a mouthful. Have you thought of combining the middle names to make one - like Arbertan - or using making a sort of anagram by using letters from the names and rearranging them.
Good luck and hope this helps.

It flows okay, dear, so if you really feel it is necessary, do it. It is pretty long though. Could you save a couple of names for your next son? Could you leave at least one name out and save for another child?
If not, don't worry too much. We hyphenated our kids' last names legally (though in general use we only use one name, it's a hispanic thing) and it made their names a bit too long, but you probably won't say all the names in everyday useage.

i think its a lovely tribute to have those names as your sons middle names, although it is quite a mouthful for a small child he will never have to say them all if he doesnt want to, at school it'll just be coen and his surname so there wont be any problems. Stick with it i like it and good luck for next month

I think it's too many for a child.Imagine what would happen when he has to say his full name somewhere. It's too comlicated even for an adult.Make it a double name:
Coen Arthur
Allan Robert
Coen Allan
Arthur Allan
Coen Robert
Arthur Robert
Robert Allan
Arthur Coen
etc.
