A different way of saying the same thing. You should not get hooked up on linguistic oddities: they say nothing about the world.
You could ask what is the difference between "Bill's nature" and "the nature of Bill". If you do you should realise that the question is impossible to ask in French! French does not have the two ways of denoting possession (I know that's mis-spelt but I can never remember which is the double-s). In English we have the luxury of choosing between "the of" and "x's" formulation. But our choice signifies nothing. As C S Peirce pointed out:
"It's cold!" and
"il fait froid!" (literally "it makes cold")
maybe of different linguistic structures but they mean the same thing.

Human nature is generic for man , woman and children.... nature of man obviously is specific to man exclusively. Example
It is human nature to feel jealous of others. This trait is less pronounced in the nature of man compared to that of woman.
However, very often 'man' is loosely used in the generic sense to cover all human beings.... looked at that way, nature of man means the same as human nature.

Human nature according to me is the natural instincts of a humans behavior. Like for example, to always need something more is human nature.
The nature of mankind is a defined set of behavior of man. I'll give an example to illustrate - The nature of mind kind is to feel greed.
Though they seem similar, they are quite different to me.
Hope I put my explanation well.

In human nature, we are two, male and female. In the nature of man his focus is on creating offspring or simply the entertainment of play and making game rules which he prefers to be the over seer of and make laws governing preferred conduct for his ultimate pleasure.
