Batman Returns. This one may seem to be an odd choice, but it is a different take on a Merry Christmas. I think it's the best Batman movie because it really captures the quiet, snowy night perfectly. A white Christmas in a dark city.

What can encapsulate Christmas more than Die Hard 1 and 2? The first one had a company Christmas party and those are always rocking good times and the second one had crazy explosions.
