I'm no longer a health care professional, but from what I've visible and heard by way of observing many documentaries and dealing at a sanatorium, my answer can be that no, a woman who's 50 years old can not safely have a youngster along with her possess eggs. A girl's body does not continually make eggs the way in which a man's body regularly makes sperm. A woman is born with all of the eggs she is going to ever have. As those eggs age, they to break down and have genetic problems, which is why there's an extended chance of genetic diseases reminiscent of Down's Syndrome when the mummy is over 35 years of age. A 50-year-ancient lady will even have a tougher time of being pregnant than a 20-12 months-historic lady. She is not going to have as much power, and her body is not going to jump again as conveniently from the pregnancy itself. Plus, think concerning the baby. When the little one is eighteen, the 50-year-old woman can be on Medicare. It can be very egocentric of the mothers and fathers and really unfair to the little one to have children when they're practically senior citizens (a senior citizen is any one who is 55 years of age or older).

i'm no longer a scientific expert, yet from what i've got seen and heard by observing many documentaries and working at a well-being center, my answer could be that no, a woman who's 50 years previous can't safely have a sprint one along with her very own eggs. a woman's physique would not continuously make eggs the way a guy's physique continuously makes sperm. a woman is born with each and every of the eggs she would be able to ever have. As those eggs age, they start to break down and have genetic problems, it quite is why there is an bigger threat of genetic illnesses including Down's Syndrome while the mummy is over 35 years of age. A 50-12 months-previous lady could also have a extra sturdy time of being pregnant than a 20-12 months-previous lady. She won't have as lots potential, and her physique won't bounce decrease back as conveniently from the being pregnant itself. Plus, think of with regard to the youngster. while the youngster is eighteen, the 50-12 months-previous lady would be on Medicare. this is totally selfish of the mummy and dad and intensely unfair to the youngster to have babies while they are very just about senior voters (a senior citizen is somebody who's fifty 5 years of age or older).

Im sure it is ok if you seek medical advice although the risk of miscarriages an down syndrome is higher. Also, have you talked to her if she wants kids? I strongly recommend you talk to her about children before you marry. Also bear in mind that if she is 50 when she has a baby ( and not older), by the time the child is 15 her mum will be 65.

I have no idea, but that will be awkward having a 60 year old mom when the child is 10. When she's just about to die he'll be around 30. Nobody should have that happen at such an early age.

I know a few who have, and had healthy kids! But the risks are lots higher. You have to talk to your doctor, and be prepared for LOTS of testing. My mom could have had another child at 50, she hit 60 before going into menopause. But you do have to factor in those risks due to egg deterioration. Your overall health should help indicate whether your risks are heightened as well. But you never know, it happens!

There is an increased chance of down syndrome after 40 yrs. Your doc can predict this with an easy test. I am 30 and my back hurts just lifting my 2 yr old from her crib. It is subjective whether or not it is safe. Keep in mind, when they are 2 and running amok, you need to be running too. Just stay healthy too and you will be fine.

With proper medical treatment,YES! now a days women are having children as become a little older. Times have changed so much and so much more medical care is out there. There is no problem. you will have to undergo just a few more test after aboutthe age 35 all women do. Good Luck!! and dont let anyone tell you can't do it!!

It depends a lot upon yr physical status. If u r healthy, then the chances are more. Its better to seek medical advice first before conceiving.
Happy days ahead.
