I had bunnies and now I own guinea pigs as well, I thing you should first see the space you have for them bunnies need more space then guinea pigs and I find these pets very similar. BUT don't buy them both and put them in the same cage as the need a different diet (guinea pigs need vitamin C) and the Bunnie can hurt the piggy even if he hits him as bunnies are much larger the guinea pigs.

First, before you get either, you should research both of them to see which fits your lifestyle more.... If you already have done this, then I commend you for being a good owner :)

Well, in my opinion, I would get a rabbit. Rabbits can live inside the house, be taught to go potty in their litter box, and have MUCH personality! Rabbits purr (grinding their teeth softly, its the rabbit's way of purring) when they're happy and content. They are so adorable! However, rabbits CHEW ON EVERYTHING! I am so serious!! Put a rabbit in your house, and they'll chew on your TV wires, your homework on the floor, yeah so obviously you can't go to school the next day telling your teacher that your rabbit ate your homework....

Rabbits need constant care and attention. They need AT LEAST 4 hours of exercise a day (if their cage is BIG, HUGE, then probably less exercise a day, maybe 2 hours?). You give them exercise by letting them run around your house or a big spacious area. If you do choose a rabbit, don't forget to spay/neuter it! It makes the rabbit an even better pet! If you don't neuter/spay the bunny, then it'll forget all its litter box training and poop and pee and spray EVERYWHERE!

However, the good outweighs the bad, and when your rabbit jumps up on the couch on your lap when you watch TV, you will know that this rabbit will love you forever, and you will too.

Rabbits are one of the best pets you could have! But the thing is, you have to choose the right kind. Don't go for dwarf rabbits, unless experienced rabbit handler. Netherland dwarfs tend to be rather fiesty. I would suggest you go for a Holland Lop, Mini Lop, Dutch Rabbit, Mini Rex, or an English Spot. These are all examples of naturally docile, and friendly tempered rabbits.

Rabbits are more intelligent that guinea pigs, and can be trained to learn their name! Look up which rabbits you like the best out of the one's I've suggested, and find one at the nearest animal shelter, or rabbit breeder! Good luck!

I HAVE HAD BOTH. BOTH ARE CUTE, SWEET AND JUST PLAIN ADORABLE. I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH EITHER ONE EXCEPT HOW MUCH THEY POOP!!!! MY GUINEA PIG IS MORE WILLING TO BE PICKED UP THAN MY BUNNY WAS. BUT MY GUINEA PIG HAS MORE OF AN ATTITUDE THAN THE BUNNY DID. BOTH MAKE GREAT PETS, ITS ALL ABOUT WHAT WORKS FOR YOU THOUGH.

Get one of those long eared bunnies. They both are boring but if something happens to the bunny, you can eat it. Not to many people eat guinea pigs.

my friend and I kept a bunny named bunny Hinn, they are great pets. A lot of people also like guinea pigs. I would get one of both.

I prefer Bunny, you can train them a lilttle more than a Guinea pig and the bunny comes when there name is called more so than a guinea pig.

Guinea pigs hide more and are harder to find when they run away :)

Gunea pigs are far more intelligent than bunnies and they make super cute noises. Also rabbits have very sharp and somewhat dangerous back claws they use to fight , and attack the arms of unwitting owners . Guinea Pig seems like the clear winner.
