runescape.com what is the best way to go up in levels?

im levil 39 u think atm and it takes hours just to go up a levil any tips?? also if its a place how do i fiind it:P:P ? thanks...

train attack, strength and defence. this is how i got up to lvl 54.
train againts gaurds.... hill giants if you got enough food. try varrack sewers.

Kill things that are higher levels than you but you can still take. however, most of the things that are good take ages and involve lots and lots of repetition.
