The one where at the very end they start singing "Hark The Herald Angels Sing", or should I say they howled it

It is the 5th episode of the 5th Season.

While the whole town sings "Hark the Herald Angels Sing" in "'Tis The Fifteenth Season," they don't "howl" it as you say in your question.

In Treehouse of Horror IV, after the family says, "Happy Halloween, everybody!" they begin to sing "Hark, the Herald Angels Sing" while Milhouse plays a miniature grand piano and Santa's Little Helper dances.

They are humming—or howling—more than they are singing. It is a parady of the Charlie Brown Christmas special.
